Honey Ginger Mocktail That Tastes Like a Real Deal

Ingredients:

  • Ginger 2 thumbs
  • Honey 1/3 cup
  • Lemons 3
  • Boiling water 1/3 cup
  • Sparkling water 1 PT
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Juice lemons, should yield about 1/3 cup.
  2. Peel and slice ginger.
  3. Mix ginger, honey and boiling water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the mixture with lemon juice, ice, and sparkling water.
